Responsibilities
- We are looking for a talented, eager to learn and enthusiastic Product Manager to participate in the crafting and evolution of the School Education Leadership societal platform. The candidate will be expected to work with Senior Product Manager to help build the platform by contributing enriching use-cases from the field and evangelising the platform objective.
- Understand end-user requirements and convert them into valid use cases
- Suggest enhancements to the platform which can improve the user experience
- Perform quality assurance on the platform
- Coordinate with Senior Product Manager to deliver functional solutions
- Monitor and report on users reactions after each release of platform functionality
- Create support and training documents for internal and external use
Requirements
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams including but not limited to, Partner organisations (NGOs), Govt. Agencies, Subject/Domain experts, Platform Engineering team, End users, etc.
- 2-3 years of experience in managing product development lifecycle
- Knowledge of Project management tools like Jira, etc
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Experience of product management in the context of project management/program management would be an added advantage
- Domain knowledge of Education and/or Education leadership is desirable, but not required.
- AI experience 1 year using AI tools to come up with POCs and solutions
