Job Summary
As a Hardware Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting desktop and laptop systems, installing operating systems, maintaining computer hardware, and providing technical support to customers. You will help ensure the smooth functioning of computer systems and related equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot desktop and laptop hardware issues.
  • Install and configure Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems.
  • Troubleshoot printers and computer peripherals.
  • Handle basic LAN and networking issues.
  • Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Provide on-site technical support to customers.
  • Identify technical problems and implement effective solutions.


Skills and Qualifications
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) operating systems.
  • Knowledge of printer and peripheral troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of LAN and networking.
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Freshers with good technical knowledge are welcome to apply.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Diploma or degree in Computer Hardware, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
  • Practical knowledge of hardware installation and maintenance.
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer support when required.
